Training Course Objective :
The course is intended to provide through grounding in the principle of Ultrasonic Testing-UT and fundamentals of material and process such that the trainee would be able to:

Magnetic Particle Testing Level II Training
Training Course Objective :
The course is intended to provide detailed instruction in theory and practice such that the personnel shall be able to:
1. Identify suitability of MT for the material and inspection technique.
2. Develop techniques and procedures that can be followed by a Level I operator.
3. Develop techniques and procedures that can be followed by a Level I operator.
4. Analyses the test result and document the same.

MT Level II Responsibilities :
A certified MT Level II personnel is qualified to :
1. To select proper test technique and equipment as per established procedure.
2. To calibrate, set and carry out test or supervise testing by level I operator.
3. Prepare test report for acceptance/rejection as per standard.
4. Have knowledge of merits and limitations of MT and other common NDT methods.
5. Responsible for care and maintenance of testing machines and accessories.
Dye Penetrant Testing Level II Training
Training Course Objective :
To provide the personnel with full theoretical and practical knowledge of PT process and related standards.
PT Level II Responsibilities :
To perform and direct PT according to the established or recognized procedures, select test methods to be used, set up and calibrate equipment, interpret and evaluate result according to applicable standards. Develop PT techniques adopted to problems arising during testing, prepare written instructions, organize and report test results.
1. To select proper test technique and equipment as per established procedure.
2. Have knowledge of merits and limitations of DPT and other common NDT methods.
3. Responsible for care and maintenance of testing machines and accessories.
4. Selection of Techniques, Codes, standards and Procedures.
5. Acceptance Standards, Interpretation of Indications,
Preservation of Indications.
6. Manufacturing processes and discontinuities.
Radiography Testing Level II Training
Training Course Objective :
The course is intended to provide through grounding in the principle of Radiographic Testing-RT and fundamentals of material and process such that the trainee would be able to:
1. Identify suitability of RT for the material and inspection technique.
2. Shielding, Radiation Detectors, Biological Effects
3. Develop techniques and procedures that can be followed by a Level I operator.
4. Analyze the test result and document the same
5. Be familiar with codes, standards and specifications for RT to evaluate results of the tests
6. Be conversant with all statutory and safety norms of the authorities under jurisdiction
RT Level II Responsibilities :
A certified RT Level 2 personnel is qualified to :
1. Select proper test technique, equipment, films, IQI and other test parameters, Set up equipment.
2. Perform testing, Manually process film for high contrast and resolution and interpret the results as per applicable standards.
3. Be familiar with codes, standards and specifications for RT to evaluate results of the tests.
4. Be familiar with production processes of the test material and knowledge of type and location of expected defects.
5.Describe the operational steps in the radiography test method and understand the importance of each step.
6. To develop RT technique for testing a particular job
Prepare test report for i. Accept ii. Reject iii. Rework.
7. Responsible for care and maintenance of the NDT/RT equipment.
8.Non-conventional Radiography, Techniques in radiography.
9. Codes, standards and Procedures Acceptance Standards.
